We couldn’t mention Brooklyn and not include pizza. But from a truck? You sort of need a high-quality, wood-burning oven to do it right. Oh wait, they worked it out.

So authentically Philly that they use “jawn” on their signage. (We had to look that up on urban dictionary.) As everyone knows, NYC is the only place you can get real, authentic eats away from their place of origin. Lucky them, having this food truck around.

Waffles might just be the best thing in the world of sweets and this truck really takes them to the next level. “Dinges” basically refers to “a bunch of whatever,” which is what they do with their waffles – add a whole bunch of delicious whatever.

Moty’s Grill

Miami has a big population of retired Jewish folk and it’s pretty cool that a hip food truck caters to this demographic. But being kosher style isn’t their only claim to fame, because Miami is also just a really healthy, active place and Moty’s serves up some of the healthiest Mediterranean food in the sunny south.
