Women in tech are very busy — but being the A-type personalities they are, they still stay on top of their style game. From product launch parties, to late night coding behind the computer, Silicon Valley women keep it on-trend and comfortable. Sheryl Sandberg, COO at Facebook, always has a unique little black dress in her closet for any occasion. Ali Pincus, cofounder of One Kings Lane, likes to keep it casual and colorful.

While their owners work hard, the dogs in Silicon Valley play hard. The Valley is home to a prestigious, members-only dog park, run by the Humane Society, and the dogs that play there are as geared-up as their owners. When the nights get cool, a locally-made canine hoodie definitely helps, while for the Valley fashionista, a cashmere sweater, paired with a brightly-colored pant and some cut-out shoes makes a simple and sexy statement. And at the end of a long week of brainstorming the next big gadget or app, Silicon Valley ladies take a day off at the Rosewood Spa, leaving them refreshed and rejuvenated for the Monday morning grind.

Here are a few must-haves for the tech-savvy women making their mark on the West Coast. Click on the images for more info and direct links to buy:
