UK coffee lovers are getting a wiener wonderland!

There’s something very special about the ritual of going for a coffee (or tea) with your best friend. Catching up on news and sharing a laugh – what could be better? Well, what if you could bring your canine best friend too? Welcome to Pug Cafe, the latest craze in popup cafes.  Pug Cafe features specialty drinks and yummy snacks for dogs and humans.

Following up with their incredible success, Pug Cafe will soon be hosting a popup featuring dogs of the sausage persuasion. It will be called “Dachshund Cafe” and all long dogs are invited. Owners and dogs can mingle and celebrate the special cuteness of the wiener dog!

If you don’t have a wiener dog, don’t despair, you can still come to the event! The transformation from a regular cafe to sausage dog paradise happens Sunday, March 25th at Esquires Guilford in Guilford, UK. The one-day-only menu will feature doggy-friendly: pupcakes, bark-scotti, woofins and a free pupuccino. How amazing this is?!

While the dogs are having a great time meeting new friends, dog owners get to enjoy a wide variety of cakes, pastries, hot foods, smoothies and much more. If you know any dog lovers in Guildford, tell them to register for the event by visiting the Pug Cafe website. The Dachshund Cafe will be take place at Esquires Guilford between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. You can register with the time you prefer; slots are 70 minutes.

Registration is limited so don’t delay! The cost to attend the Dachshund Cafe event is £5 ($7 USD) each for Dachshund owners and £13 ($ 18 USD) each for Dachshund enthusiasts. Each dog is allowed to bring up to two human companions. The dogs have to be non-aggressive and up-to-date with vaccinations, have excellent manners and be motivated to meet other dogs. Pug Cafe advises dog owners to cancel the booking if your dog is not feeling well and avoid booking altogether if your dog gets anxious around crowds of dogs with humans.
