The Jacksonville Jaguars are pouncing ahead of the curve with the installation of a Pet Paradise Resort and Spa. The football franchise is partnering with dog spa experts to build NFL’s first in-stadium dog park. It will be constructed in the south end zone of TIAA Bank Field (formerly Everbank Field) and be ready for the start of the 2018 season.

The president and CEO of the new 2000 square foot canine resort told ESPN, “People are just taking their pets everywhere now. It’s something that, yes, definitely from another amenity standpoint, pets are just becoming more and more a part of the family.” He’s got his finger on our pulse, that’s for sure!

Dogs are going to love coming to see the Jaguars home games just to use their dog-centric facilities, complete with swimming pool and artificial turf. The day spa even comes with TV/Internet so that pawrents can check on things throughout the game.

Owners will have the choice to drop off their furry friend, or stay with a nervous pooch and watch the game from the comfort of the resort itself.
